Mandatory Changes
*Seaweed tint to skin color - blue/white, slightly iridescent, modeled after bushy rainbow wrack

*Thick hair with the texture of seaweed that grows faster than normal.

*Pointed, horselike ears

*Can breathe underwater

*Fingernails thicker/darker/heavier in "human" form

*Ability to change into a horse - his horse form looks like Enbarr.

*Skittishness - More easily startled, and may suddenly change into horse form as a result

*A need to feed on human energy - accomplished by drowning, or by leeching water out of the victim's body via a "Kiss" or drawing out of a cut

Optional Changes
*Sharp, needle-like teeth - will be present in all forms

*Seaweed-like main and tail in horse form

*Hooves instead of feet in "human" form

*Beginning buds of tendrils on his back; the buds resemble bushy rainbow rack.



Eventual normal form is here. The multi-wielding looks all impressive but that will only last until he tries to DO SOMETHING with the tendrils that way for a LONG time.
