Warnings: If you manage to get him talking past generalizations about what happened to his mentor's home city or some other "mundane" parts of the off and on war, there are some pretty unpleasant war-atrocity subjects that canon skirts gory details on. The good news is he much prefers also skirting/avoiding details and, outside of the right context, it's VERY hard to get him talking about it. It's still a possible thing and I am perfectly happy to warn you if it's likely to come up or make sure the subject is avoided.
If there isn't something more serious holding his attention and there's not something wrong, he's pretty likely to flirt, leaning heavily on flattery. He is bi with a partial preference female, it could happen with almost anybody. Shame is not a word in his vocabulary. His current canon point is a bit more mellowed out on it, but he hasn't stopped, just...chilled a bit.
Whether he acts like it or not, he's probably paying attention, and is smarter than he usually acts. Also usually not as flippant as he usually acts. I am always fine with going over to check him figuring out something someone else is hiding to make sure it's within logical IC bounds.
For Psychics/Sensitives: If I know your character is telepathic/empathic, I will try to include anything relevant that they'd pick up on in tags! If you're not sure about something or want to know more detail about something, let me know. If you're seriously trying to rifle through his head or influence him there's a chance he'll notice, but it's a chance thing and depends on how invasive/disruptive you're being.
There is a potential risk of running into some pretty nasty nightmares/memories if you're fishing; feel free to ping me with questions if you're seriously prodding at him. See warning above about having cleaned up after war atrocities, as well as less mundane things from his time being possessed and so forth.
For those who sense energy, his baseline energy system's wind-aspected divine energy in origin. It's also kind of damaged and will look like something chewed him up, spit him out, and was trying to rearrange some of the pieces without caring if it lost a few in the process, with part of it massively malfunctioning. To KH-type light/dark sensing, he's light-weighted but tends towards that end of the scale anyway, although it's a little tarnished right now.
